Patients who received a letter from Creditor’s Discount and Audit (CD&A):

There has been a glitch in a data file sent to CD&A from our previous billing company containing account information for radiology services rendered prior to 5/1/2021.  These accounts are NOT considered in collections.  CD&A is functioning as a biller in obtaining payment for the accounts from our old billing company.  Therefore, you are not on any credit bureau listing and your credit score is not affected.

If you’ve recently received a letter from CD&A with a date of service prior to 5/1/2021, please call CD&A at: (815) 584-0164.  They will ask for some information and for a copy of your insurance card to contact your insurance company. We are finding that In most cases payment has already been made and the patient responsibility is $0.00.
